AB components are used to send out different versions of an email to a selection of contacts in the audience and detect which email has the best response. This email will then be sent to the remainder of the audience.
The entry 'AB component' is only displayed if the journey contains the component. Click the AB component to display the reporting:
- The top section displays statistics on the current state of the test such as how many versions are there, when is the test evaluated, and what are the criteria to determine the best version.
- Includes a version chart includes views, clicks and revenue.
- Includes a comparison of the emails is available in numbers as well, with the possibility to dig further down into the details.
