Journey: Delivery
The Delivery report numbers are provided for the complete journey, including targeted contacts, delivery rate, number of bounced emails, and details on the cause. Analyze the bounce details to detect if there is a problem with the audience list or with the email.
The lower part of the report gives details per domain targeted. It will help clarify if delivery problems are global or linked to a specific domain and find the right solution for the issue.
Per delivery domain, the report includes the following information:
- Total number of messages sent to the domain and the relative percentage
- Delivery rate for that domain. Colors indicate when their might be a problem.
- View and click-through rate for the domain
- Reactivity, that is the ratio between email click and email views
- Number of complaints and spam indications
Use the 'Details' hyperlink to display a delivery chart for the selected domain.
