Connector

Connectors is the interface used to create a communication link between an external environment and the Selligent system. This includes an integration with Salesforce, MSDynamics, SugarCRM, Selligent CDM and the ecommerce platform Adobe Commerce.

When setting up a CRM connector, it allows bi-directional data synchronization and campaign synchronization. For more details ask the dedicated manuals on CRM connectors integration.

Ecommerce integration is supported through the Adobe Commerce connector and supports bi-directional data synchronization between Selligent and Adobe Commerce.
