We need to add to correct contacts to the BPM welcome stream: new contacts without a purchase.
1. Create a new journey and add an Audience list and BPM Process component
2. In the properties of the Audience list component click "Design" and create a constraint
PURCHASEINFO.PURCHASE_COUNT=0 OR PURCHASEINFO.PURCHASE_COUNT Is Empty
3. In the properties of the BPM Process component select the welcome stream from the "Process" drop down
4. Schedule the journey to run 'data driven' every 60 minutes. You must launch the journey. With each execution, every 60 minutes, the contacts will be added to the BPM process
If you have multiple contacts in the selection and you only want to test the BPM journey for yourself, change the filter selecting only your test contact record, leave the journey to single shot and launch the journey manually. You will only add yourself to the BPM process.
