Express emails, once configured and tested, can be sent immediately or at a scheduled date.
Click the Launch icon in the toolbar to access the start button and display the following dialog:
The targeted audience and the number of contacts targeted is indicated.
1. Click 'Activate now' to broadcast the email immediately
2. Select 'Schedule broadcast on' and set a date and time to schedule the execution at a later moment in time.
3. Click 'Launch'. A notification informs the user again of how many contacts are targeted.
If the scheduling of the email has not yet begun, you can still prevent the execution by clicking the 'Stop' button in the toolbar. Once the emails are scheduled, it is no longer possible to stop the execution.
