Customers that did not View or Click in the last two weeks

With this example we want to target the contacts that were inactive for the last two weeks.  Selligent uses the taxonomy list to store the last click and last view date. As we want at all times contacts that are inactive, we will use a sliding point in time. Whatever the date is, the constraint will always check the last two weeks.

The operator used is "< before" that point in time (-2week). Although verbally we say "more than" two weeks ago, mathematically it is "smaller than" that point in time.  If you have problems making time selections, you can check the time line graph to get an indication what is in the selection.
