Frequent social poster and Facebook preference

With taxonomy, information on the social behavior of a contact can be measured and stored in the profile extension created for the audience list on which taxonomy has been activated. The social data available in the taxonomy list is linked to the use of social buttons (share, follow, ..) in the email message. Interaction with these buttons is tracked and used to fill out the taxonomy data.

You can find information in the taxonomy profile extension on the preferred social network, the number of social posts and the number of people that clicks a posted message.
