Where do I found the audience list?

Audience lists and profile extensions are stored in a custom tree view. The structure of the tree view and database is entirely up to the customer. As a result the location of the audience list is different for each customer.

How can i get contacts into my audience list?

Contacts can be added to the list in several ways:

  • Manual import directly in the list
  • Automated procedure defined in the Tasks section
  • Data component in the journey (e.g., Website visitors that fill out a registration form)

 

How do I target my contacts?

The audience is a mandatory component in every journey. You can select the audience list itself, a segment of the audience and even apply an additional filter on the audience.

 

Can I monitor my contacts?

Selligent provides a series of predefined reports, available from the portal.

In addition, report components can be added to a journey telling you at each step how many contacts are currently in that step.
