- Be accurate when entering data for a contact. A wrong written email address is a lost contact.
- Deduplicate records in lists to ensure that all records are unique and to keep a clean database
- Test quality of email addresses and unsubscribe contacts with bad email addresses. This is defined in the properties of a list.
- Provide unsubscribe possibilities and update the opt-out field when required
