The Data Syncs tab in the Data Exchange entry is your entry point to the management of synchronizations between external platforms and Marigold Engage.
Marigold Engage provides data synchronization with MSDynamics, Salesforce, SugarCRM, CDM solutions as well as Adobe Commerce (ecommerce).
This a bi-directional synchronization between Engage and the Data source. Moreover, the data in the CRM Data source can be updated from within a journey and Marigold Engage segments can be created from CRM.
A Start page shows an overview of all configured synchronizations.
