After launching a journey, it might be necessary to make important changes to the message or modify the launch date. To do that you need to stop the launch of the journey.
Once the journey is launched, a Pause button is available:
1. Click it to make the journey editable again.
2. Modifications can be made to the journey properties such as scheduling. Or a different message can be selected or the selected message can be modified.
3. When done, press Save and launch the journey once again.
Note: journeys can only be stopped if the launch date and time are not yet reached.
