Introduction to the 5 different Types of Journeys
In Campaign we had to create each journey from scratch. This means that we had to bring together the right components and set the right properties to have the journey scheduled at a regular interval or be handled as an A/B test journey. In Selligent by Zeta we can easily create journeys from an email or test a journey with an API call. This video talks about the 5 different types of journeys and the structure of the Journeys chapter.
