Platform Capacity and performance

Default platform capacity indicators per installation allow Marigold to manage the overall platform capacity / performance. 
An automated system monitors the different indicators and notifies the Marigold Support Team when provisioned capacity per installation for (a) parameter(s) is reached or in case of use of the allocated bandwidth in an abusive manner by including large files in e-mails (e.g. the sending of videos and the inclusion of links towards videos hosted on the hosting infrastructure of Marigold are forbidden).

The Support Team will then review together with the Client the current situation and suggest a solution e.g. assistance in compacting the Client’s data or increasing the capacity. Assistance or any changes in capacity will have to be negotiated with Marigold. If the Client does not choose to go for the suggested solution, the Client will return to the previously agreed volumes.

​The Pre-Production platform is intended for functional testing or campaign development. The SLA is not applicable. The Pre-Production platform cannot be used to process production campaigns, execute performance and/or security testing.
