Assistance is available 24/7/365 for Business Critical and High priority incidents. Urgent tickets introduced through the portal outside of business hours must be activated via phone.

Requests categorized as Normal or Low priority, as well as those deemed Business Critical or High priority that were not initiated via phone and were logged after standard business hours, should anticipate a response on the subsequent business day.
