Content Preview UI Updates

AVAILABLE TO ALL USERS

BACKGROUND:
We are constantly working to enhance the user experience by reducing configuration times and making our solution more intuitive and user-friendly.

SOLUTION:
One effective approach is to optimize space utilization, refine the logic behind feature configuration, and enhance the visual presentation.

What this looks like in Engage (Selligent):
Before:
The rotation icon to switch between landscape and portrait view is part of the Devices icon, making it less visible and more tedious to apply.
The selection of the Audience List and Organization as well as the toggles to filter the contacts in this audience, are shown below the Device icons. This information is shown at all times, taking up valuable space that could be used to list the contacts

After:
The Audience List and Organization selection, as well as the toggles is now available under the configuration section at the top. This section can be expanded/collapsed to gain usable space.
The representation of the different device icons has been updated and the Rotate option has been added to that list of icons as a separate option, making it more visible and easier to apply.

API Enhancement

AVAILABLE TO ALL USERS

Several updates have been done to the API endpoint:

• It is now possible to update a static segment via the API.

• Multiple modifications have been made to the journey endpoints

Updates on Documentation

AVAILABLE TO ALL USERS

• Facebook to leads doc has been updated with the latest changes for app creation.

• Help center has been updated to reflect the new ClientSecret authentication for MSDynamics.

• The Engage Functions, Consumer Information Walkthrough, Journey Reports and Maintenance Overview topics have been updated based on feedback from our users.

 

 

Corrections

• In the reporting, Timeoverview now takes correctly the hour filter into account
• Folder rights management should be disabled when folder rights permissions are not selected for the Organization. This is now the case.
• Cadence overview should have resizable columns. This is now the case.
• Dynamic Test Component issues with sharing messages have been resolved
• Modifying users in the Admin Configuration now works as expected and no longer causes issues with the OP_USERS.LOGIN field
• Large journeys are correctly synced to CAMPAIGN_ACTIONS even if there are many sql parameters (2100+)
• SaveCadencePlanPriorities now has ContentPriorities filled in when JourneyMessages are loaded lazily
