Itemized Heat Maps in Repeater Reporting
BACKGROUND:
Currently, when messages with repeaters are used in journeys, the reporting heatmap does not reflect the clicks in the different sections of the repeater, but merely presents a single stat for the whole repeater. Marketers would benefit from a detailed report providing valuable insights on how different sections of their repeaters are performing.
SOLUTION:
The heatmap reporting is now correctly split up, providing click details for each section of the repeater.

Global Styling vs Custom Styling in Imported HTML
BACKGROUND:
In Engage, marketers can choose to create messages from scratch, or import an HTML that has been designed by an external marketing agency or in a different creative tool for example. When importing an existing message, it often includes the full styling of the message. However, during HTML import the HTML styling is overwritten by the global styling in Engage, a behavior that is not always desired.
SOLUTION:
In this release, the marketer is given the choice between using the global styling, or stick to the styling defined in the imported HTML.
What this looks like in Engage
In the Content chapter, upon creation of a new message, template or page, and choosing to import an existing HTML, the following option is now available in the creation wizard: Add the default global styles.
With the toggle activated default global styles are set in the Engage message after the HTML is imported, and will override any local styles defined in the HTML.
With the toggle deactivated, default global styles are not set (remain empty) in the Engage message after the HTML is imported. Any styles available in the imported HTML are then used.
Note : You can still add global styling in the Engage message, which will then override any local styling.
Corrections
- Change of image width in a page is now recognized
- Files can be uploaded to the Global folder
- Global styling can now be overridden by the styling in the imported html
