Facebook Lead Ads, direct integration experience – Available Now

Our Facebook Lead Ads (FBLA) integration partner Cloud Elements has shared that they will be deprecating their FBLA integration at the end of June 2024. Rather than partner with a new third party, we’ve taken the opportunity to develop a direct integration from Engage by Sailthru to Facebook (Meta).

The new FBLA integration will simplify the linking of your accounts for a smoother integration and will remove the need to create and maintain a separate login. To set up your FBLA with Engage by Sailthru, check out our setup instructions here.

Customer Action Required:

Active FBLA customers will be notified separately as customer action will be needed to set up the new integration. To enable the new FBLA integration, click here for setup instructions. We strongly recommend that you do not disable your Cloud Elements integration until all pages and/or Facebook Business Portfolios have been migrated over.
