Promotion Management (Delete Option)

Background

You told us you wanted to delete old or unused promotions to help keep your promotions list clean and organized.

We heard your feedback and are excited to announce that you can now manage your promotions more easily with the ability to delete promotions.

Solution

Deleting a promotion will remove the promotion and any promo codes associated with it from your account. Don’t worry, any promo codes you’ve sent to subscribers will continue to work as long as they have been successfully sent before deleting the promotion.

What this looks like in Sailthru

Find the promotion you wish to delete and hover over the row. A trash can icon will appear at the end of the row. Upon clicking the icon, a delete promotion modal will open. Select ‘Delete’ to permanently delete the entry and the associated promotion codes.
