What's New in Sailthru
SMS in ST Event Stream
Background
Until now, SMS event data was not available via Event Stream, limiting visibility into SMS engagement for marketers.
Solution
Sailthru is adding a new SMS data set to Event Stream. SMS campaigns and triggered events are now available in an hourly CSV export, giving customers timely access to key SMS activities like sends, bounces, and clicks. No additional configuration is required. The export will appear automatically in the customer’s configured S3 bucket for Sailthru Connect customers using SMS.
What this looks like in Sailthru
These exports will appear in your configured S3 bucket as part of your Event Stream exports.
The following tables will be included:
- sms_campaign_send
- sms_campaign_bounce
- sms_campaign_click
- sms_triggered_send
- sms_triggered_bounce
- sms_triggered_click
Each table will be exported hourly and will reflect new SMS event activity beginning July 29, 2025.
