Zeta Support Portal

As part of our on-going transition following Marigold’s acquisition by Zeta Global, the AI marketing cloud, the link to our support portal has moved.

To create a ticket if you encounter an issue or need assistance, you can do that via the new support portal link. Your login credentials will continue to work in the new support link. Please note that the branding is currently Marigold, however, this is the correct link for raising a ticket. It will be rebranded as Zeta soon.

Please change your bookmarks accordingly as the old link will no longer raise a ticket for Zeta products. There is a message at the top of the page to direct you to the correct place.
