Search tips - Use double-quotes when searching for strings containing spaces. For example "lifecycle optimizer".
- Always check your spelling, as typos may show incorrect results or no results at all.
- Limit your search terms to a couple of keywords, and do not search for full sentences.
- Try similar keywords. For example: task VS job, customer VS consumer VS client VS user.
- The search is not case-sensitive.
- The search results also reflect matches with variant endings. For example, a search for 'correct' also shows matches for correctly and corrections.Loading issues? If a spinner icon keeps on showing without search results being displayed, this may be caused by your web browser trying to reach a cached page, while the Online Help has been updated. To solve this, please try to hard refresh your browser (which clears your browser cache for a specific page, and forces it to load the most recent version of that page).
- For Windows (in Chrome, Edge or Firefox), the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+F5 (or Ctrl+Reload) can be used to do a hard refresh.
- For Mac, use Cmd+Shift+R (or Shift+Reload).
