Introduction to Marigold Cheetah Digital

Welcome to the MarigoldCheetah Digital Online Help system. The Online Help is intended to provide step-by-step instructions for how to navigate and utilize the platform.

What is Cheetah Digital?

Cheetah Digital enables marketers to manage and optimize cross-channel campaigns and interactions to improve your marketing performance.

Unlike other cross-channel campaign management offerings, where campaign assets are managed in separate systems or across channel-specific vendors, Cheetah Digital provides a central location for all campaign management functions. With Cheetah Digital, you can deliver more coordinated and consistent messaging throughout the entire customer life cycle.

Cheetah Digital provides the following primary features:

  • Focus less on logistics and more on coordinated experiences.

  • Ensure consistently branded campaigns with cross-channel content that can be easily created and inserted into any message in any channel.

  • Create sophisticated dynamic content rules that are reusable across channels, and automatically influenced by a combination of real-time, integrated customer data, and deep consumer insights.

  • Edit and proof content and business rules for campaigns across all channels from a single location.

  • Coordinate the delivery of campaigns in a single channel or across multiple channels through advanced workflow management tools and a visual program builder.

How do I find a particular help topic?

Table of contents

The easiest way to navigate within the help system is usually the Table of Contents. The Table of Contents is displayed by default when you open the Online Help system. If you've selected the Search or Glossary options, you can always return to the Table of Contents by clicking the contents.

The Table of Contents is organized in much the same way as the Cheetah Digital user interface, with screens organized into high-level groups called Main Categories. For most screens, you'll find a primary Help topic that describes the screen, how to access it, and what its main features are. Beneath that are additional sub-topics that describe how to perform specific tasks related to that screen.

If you follow a hyperlink to a new topic, the Table of Content automatically refreshes to highlight your new location. In this manner, the Table of Contents stays synchronized with whatever topic you're currently viewing.

The Online Help system also features a text search, which can be useful for finding Help topics on a specific subject, such as "filters" for example. To use the Search functions:

  1. Click search.

  2. Enter your search text, and click go.

  3. The system will display a list of all Help topics that contain this text string, either within the topic title, or within the body of the topic. Click on a topic to view it.
