Designs

The Content Designer provides a graphical, user-friendly interface for building email content. The Content Designer is primarily intended to be used by marketers who prefer not to work with HTML. The Content Designer automatically produces responsive email messages that adapt automatically to small screens, such as that of a smartphone.

Note: The Content Designer is an optional feature that must be enabled within your client account. Please speak to your Client Services Representative for more details.

When you use the Content Designer, you can save the content as a repeatable asset called a  Design.

The Designs screen lets you manage your saved Designs.

Access

The Designs screen is accessible via the System Tray; select Assets > Templates > Designs

Features

Please note that unlike most other asset-related screens in Cheetah Digital, you can't select and open a Design directly from the Designs screen. A Design exists only in the context of a Campaign. To view or edit the contents of a Design, you must add the Design to a Campaign, then work on the Design from within the Campaign screen. For more details, please see Content Designer.

Delete a Design

To delete a Design:

1. Navigate to the Folder where the Design is saved.

2. Click on the Design to select it.

3. In the Tool Ribbon, click Actions > Actions > Delete. A confirmation dialog box is displayed.

4. Click Delete item to confirm the deletion.

   Deleted Designs are moved to the Recycle Bin.
