How to Find the Running Campaign ID

Many API endpoints allow you to submit the Running Campaign ID for a Campaign. The Running Campaign ID is a unique, system-generated identifier that is created when you launch a Campaign. Please note that the Running Campaign ID is not the same thing as the Object Reference ID for a Campaign.

To find the Running Campaign ID:

  1. Navigate to the Campaign details screen for the desired Campaign (see View or Edit a Campaign for more details on this process).

  2. Click the Launching item in the Function Menu. The Launching details screen is displayed. At the top of this screen, you'll see a message, such as "Campaign 20832 is Done." This value is the Running Campaign ID.
