Campaign Status Values

The current status of a Campaign is displayed within the "browse Campaigns" screen, and also in the top-right corner of the Campaign details screen. The status indicates the current processing state of a Campaign. The possible Campaign status values for a Campaign that uses a Cheetah Digital by Zeta table as the data source are:

Status	Description
Pending Approval	Campaign has been launched, and is waiting for one or more pre-launch audit checkpoints to be approved.
Pending to Clone	When you initially launch a Campaign, the system creates a copy, or "clone" of the Campaign. This status indicates that the system is in the process of creating the clone.
Pending Setup	When you initially launch a Campaign, the Campaign goes through a setup phase after the "Pending to Clone" step is complete.
Pending to Run	- Triggered Campaign has launched, but has not yet deployed any messages. After the first deployment, the status changes to "Waiting." - Regular One-off Campaign has launched but not yet started deploying messages.
Running	Campaign has been launched, and is actively deploying messages.
Waiting	Triggered Campaign has launched, and is waiting for the next trigger event or date.
Done	- Regular One-off Campaign has deployed all messages. - Triggered Campaign has reached its scheduled end-date. - Campaign was manually stopped.
Draft	Campaign has not been launched.
Suspended	Campaign was manually suspended.
Error	Campaign has encountered an error.
Canceled	Campaign was manually canceled or deleted.
Canceled: Over Quota	This status relates to the "Total Number of Messages" feature, which sets a maximum number of messages that can be deployed from a Campaign.
Cleaning	When you run Pick Up Changes on a launched Campaign, the Campaign goes through a "Cleaning" phase while it applies the changes.
Cleaning: Msg Chunk	This status relates to the Stop Night Delivery (SND) feature, when you opt to delete unsent messages, rather than carry them over until the next day.
Pending Restart	When you run Pick Up Changes on a launched Campaign, the Campaign automatically restarts after the "Cleaning" phase is complete. The Campaign will be in "Pending Restart" status while it's resuming.

The possible Campaign status values for a Campaign that uses EDP as the data source are:

Status	Description
Draft	Setup, Content, and / or Review chevrons have been edited or saved.
Preparing	User has clicked Launch, and the platform is cloning the Campaign.
Scheduled	The platform is scheduling the Campaign.
Building	EDP execute has been called, and Campaign statistics are updated from EDP to Cheetah Digital by Zeta.
Creating	Building is complete, but Campaign send date / time has not yet been reached.
Sending	Received Campaign statistics from EDP, and awaiting complete Campaign from EDP.
Stopped	Campaign has been manually stopped by the user.
Waiting	For a Date-triggered Campaign, the previous execution has completed, and future executions are scheduled.
Done	EDP successfully sent complete Campaign to Cheetah Digital by Zeta.
Pending Winner	In an A / B Test Campaign, the Campaign is waiting for the winning cell to be selected, or for the automatic winner to be triggered.
Error	Platform encountered an error, and is unable to send messages.
