App Attributes for Role Assignment Now Supported in Loyalty App
We’re expanding the reach of App Attributes in Zeta Login! Starting this July, the feature is now supported by the Loyalty App, enabling more streamlined and centralized role management for Loyalty users.

What’s New?
With this release, admins can assign granular roles to Loyalty users directly from Zeta Login — just as they currently do for apps like Grow. This means no more manual role updates within theLoyalty App.
How It Works
App Attributes allow roles to be defined and pushed from Zeta Login to supported applications.
Admins can:

Define specific access levels (e.g., Admin, Manager, Viewer) for the Loyalty App.

Apply these roles individually or through User Groups, ensuring users get the correct permissions automatically upon assignment.
This creates a consistent, scalable, and error-resistant permission model across platforms.
Rollout & Availability

The feature is being rolled out in phases from July through August.

The upgrade is seamless and requires no action from end users.

App Attributes are now supported across Grow andLoyalty, with more apps to follow.
In lieu of a status page for Zeta Login, you can send a ping to the API to check the status.
