Organization Administrators Overview

Organization Administrators have access to the Marigold ID Administration environment, which allows them to provide administrative duties over all Business Units within the client's larger Organization.

Organization Administrators can invite new users, and provide them with access to any Business Units within the Organization. In addition, Organization Administrators can view and edit profile information about any users in the Organization, and they can create and manage User Groups.

From within the Marigold ID Administration environment, Organization Administrators can perform the following actions:

• Resend “Welcome Email”

• Send “Reset Password” Email

• Edit a User’s Profile

• Manage User Groups

• Modify User Access

• Suspend or Unsuspend a User

• Add or Remove Organization Administrator Role

• Add or Remove Business Unit Administrator Role

• Configure Application Role

• View Allowed Organizations
