View Allowed Email Domains

The Marigold ID platform limits user access to only those email domains that have been specifically allowlisted for your Organization. Emails addresses not from one of these domains are prevented from being onboarded into your Organization.

Please speak with your Marigold team if you need to make any changes to your list of allowed email domains.

Note: This feature is available for Business Unit Administrators and Organization Administrators.

To view the list of allowed email domains:

1. Log into the Marigold ID User Workspace.

2. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen. The Profile Info pop-up window is displayed.

3. Within the Profile Info pop-up window, click Marigold ID Administration. The Marigold ID Administration environment is displayed, with the Users tab selected by default.

4. Select the Security tab. This screen lists all the email domains that have been allowlisted for your Organization.
