Brand update: Zeta rebrand continued
Available to all customers
Zeta Global, the AI marketing cloud, recently acquired Marigold’s enterprise software business. This brings the Marigold Enterprise products including Cheetah Digital, Selligent, Sailthru, Grow, Loyalty, and Liveclicker into the Zeta family, strengthening Zeta’s ability to help brands deliver more relevant, personalized customer experiences at scale.
As part of this transition, we began a phased rebrand to align these products and the help center with the Zeta brand.
In this phase of visual brand transition, we’re updating the logos, brand colors, fonts and visual styling to provide a refreshed and consistent Zeta brand experience across products and the help center. You will notice brighter pages and updated blue tones throughout, proudly reflecting Zeta Global.
These updates are branding-only and do not affect product functionality, data, integrations, or existing configurations. You can continue working as usual.
As part of this transition, the Help Center has moved to a new domain:
-
The Grow by Zeta Help Center is now available at https://products.zetaglobal.com/grow/Content/LandingPage.htm
-
The Help Center home is available at https://products.zetaglobal.com/Content/HelpCenter.htm
Update any saved bookmarks to ensure continued access.
If you have questions, please contact your Zeta representative.
What it looks like in Grow
Color palettes will be changing to align with Zeta Global's, and brand icons have been removed in the App Switcher.
Vanity paths
Available to all customers
Background
Despite the ability to create custom domains, any URL would be completed with system-generated paths. These paths would consist of random strings with no means to customize them.
Solution
You can now set vanity paths to make links more user-friendly and to stay aligned with your brand. Vanity paths are custom, easy-to-read URL paths that replace system-generated links with something shorter and more meaningful.
Use clear, descriptive words — such as example.com/signup or example.com/summer-sale—to make links more user-friendly and to stay aligned with your brand.
What it looks like in Grow
Set vanity paths for each link within your Channel via the Manage Channels page.
Click on the 3 dots to the right of each link and click Set vanity path.
The status page provides you with regular updates regarding the status of the Grow platform in the event of a major system incident in your region. In this article we’ll explain the information you will see and how to subscribe to the Grow notification system to receive regular updates on the platform status, which we highly recommend to all users.
