Frequently Asked Questions
Does a video consume credits each time it plays/loops?
No. If a LiveVideo element is set to loop, only 1 credit is charged per email open regardless of how many times the video loops while the email is open.
When do credits expire?
Credits usually expire at the end of each billing month. Once credits expire in your account, the account will need to be funded with additional credits unless credit overages are enabled.
Credits remain in the account until the expiration of the subscription's Initial Term (typically 12, 24, or 36 months). Thereafter, monthly subscription credits added to the account expire on a month-to-month basis.
What happens when an account runs out of credits?
When an account runs out of credits, we charge for any credits you run over by at the same rate you purchased your credits. Accounts are automatically set to enable overages by default.

How are overages billed?
Overage credits are tallied monthly, and billed the following month. Overage credits are billed at the rate of the most recent credit package applied to your account.
How to expire a campaign so it won't continue deducting credits
Users have 2 options to expire a campaign so the campaign will no longer charge credits from their account.
-
A control exists in the upper right of the Embed Codes tab; simply slide the toggle switch over from Live to Expired.
-
Another option to expire a campaign is by entering an expiration date.
When Campaign Type is set to One-time campaign, you can input the expected date and time you wish your campaign to expire. If no expiration date is set, the campaign will NOT expire.
What happens when someone forwards an email?
Every time an email is opened with a Liveclicker embed code rendered a credit is charged. For example if someone opened the same email (with a Liveclicker embed code) twice then forwarded the email to someone else, and that said person also opened the email, a total of 3 credits would be charged.
