Requirements for Full-Service Liveclicker Support for LiveMap Campaigns

Liveclicker is able to assist clients with setting up a LiveMaps campaign or to configure the LiveMaps functionality for ongoing inclusion in email. Liveclicker uses Google and Bing Maps technology to render a location's whereabouts. Elements on the map, such as map provider, type, map pins, map zoom, and location text box are configurable.

To engage Liveclicker to configure your LiveMaps campaign, you will need to provide the following:

Planned Launch Date — Provide Liveclicker Support Team Member with the planned launch date for your email campaign as well as your desired testing date deadline you would like to receive the Liveclicker HTML embed code by.

From the time Liveclicker receives all of the deliverables from the Client, until the time the final map embed code is delivered for QA, takes 48 hours.

* Files with more than 25,000 addresses will add additional time to the turnaround.

* Files containing malformed or 'garbage' data will add additional time to the turnaround.

Structured data file (preferably .CSV) — Containing each location's full physical address. A full physical address should include street number, street name, city, state/province, and ZIP or postal code. A minimum requirement is a City Name and State/Province Name. The more specific the data, the more accurately Liveclicker will be able to render the location on the final map.

Latitude and Longitude — For all datasets, the location's latitude and longitude are required.

The proper structure for each record in the data is as follows: "1244 Jamestown Way, Menlo Park, CA 94060", 33.0099, -110.998

Width and height of the generated maps.

Map provider — You can choose between Google or Bing

Type of map to render — Options include Roadmap, Satellite Map, Hybrid Satellite/Roadmap, and Terrain Map

Zoom of the map — Options available include 1 mile, 5 miles, 10 miles, and 25 miles. Due to inherent limitations of IP geotargeting, you may wish to choose a range of 10 or 25 miles, especially if you have many openers located in rural areas.

Color of the map "pins" or PNG/GIF file of custom map pin with background set to transparent — Custom pins should be no larger than 64x64 and are only supported for Google Maps.

Subscriber ID tag to use with maps — The subscriber ID tag is unique to the ESP being used for deployment. It might look like %%subscriber_id%% or %%primary_ID%%. Subscriber IDs should not contain any personally identifiable information.
