Interface: Get Familiar With the Tool
Before we get started with the Liveclicker functionality, take a quick look around the interface and navigation.
Top toolbar
The top toolbar is displayed at all times and provides access to:

RealTime Content drop-down, a quick access to
- The Campaigns overview, listing all campaigns in their corresponding folders.
- The Campaign creation wizard.
- Insights dashboard including detailed reports on impressions and clicks.
- The Media Library where you can manage and store assets used in your Liveclicker campaigns.
- Render checking to verify and report rendering issues.

Your Account settings, including
- User and test user management
- Insights settings
- Personalization through Custom fields (such as Subscriber ID)
- Access to your credit reports.

Data integrations with other tools (Phrasee) and data sources (API, CSV) for increased personalization.

The Home dashboard when being in a different section of the application.
Home dashboard
The Home dashboard is displayed when first opening the Liveclicker application. The following is available:
- Metrics on last weeks campaigns (total impressions, clicks and click to open rate)
- Overview of recently created campaigns
- Overview of recently launched campaigns
- Create a new campaign
Campaigns overview
The Campaigns overview page is accessible from the RealTime Content menu in the top toolbar:
The Campaigns overview gives access to all campaigns in your Liveclicker environment, stored in a folder structure for easier management.
From the overview page, you can:
- Start the creation of a new campaign.
- Search for an existing campaign.
- Organize your campaigns in a folder structure.
The lower part of the screen displays a list of campaigns. The list can be filtered (based on the type of Liveclicker element) and sorted by name, date or impressions. Campaigns that have expired can also be hidden from this list.
For each campaign in the list following actions can be performed:
- View reporting — This loads the Insights dashboard for the selected campaign.
- Copy the campaign — After providing a new name for the copy, you are taken to the campaign configuration wizard.
- Access the settings of the selected campaign .
- View the embed code .
- Hover the campaign to display a tooltip with the type of Liveclicker element, the last edition date and user who made the changes.
In addition, after ticking the checkboxes in front of the campaign names, additional actions become available from the field With selected:
- Delete — A password needs to be provided before deleting the campaign.
- Create report — A report is generated and the user is taken to the Insights dashboard where results of the selected campaigns can be compared.
- Expire — Expire the campaign immediately. The campaign will no longer run and campaign elements used in email messages will no longer render.
- Select all on this page/all pages — This action can be performed before any of the other actions such as delete, create report or expire.
- Deselect all — Deselects all selected campaigns.
