BACKGROUND:
Previously, Liveclicker elements were only available in email messages. But with mobile being a key channel for many users, delivering real-time content on mobile has become essential for engaging your audience wherever they are.
SOLUTION:
Mobile is now supported for LiveTimer, LiveFeed, and LiveImage elements, enabling real-time personalization across channels.
What this looks like in Liveclicker:
Upon creating a campaign using a LiveTimer, LiveFeed or LiveImage element, an additional option is now available to select mobile as a channel. This includes mobile push messages as well as in-app notifications.
Once the campaign is configured, a dedicated mobile embed code is provided to include in your mobile messages:
