Action filters

Click — Filters results based on the element being clicked or not.

  • Clicked — Filters results by campaigns that were clicked on.

  • Did not click — Filters results by campaigns that were not clicked on.

User Selection — Filters results by selections made by users in elements where 2 or more selections are possible. Currently, this applies to these 2 types of Liveclicker elements:

  • LivePolls — Breakdown by selection will show for each impression which answer was chosen if any.

  • iOS Optimized Slideshows — Breakdown by selection will show for each impression which slide was clicked if any.

Vote

  • Voted — Filters results by LivePolls where the user has voted.

  • Did not vote — Filters results by LivePolls where the user hasn't voted.

Reveal

  • Did not reveal —These are impressions from LiveReveal types where a user opened a LiveReveal where they had the option to reveal and did not reveal.

  • Revealed for the first time — These are impressions from a user that revealed a LiveReveal for the first time.

  • Reopened after reveal — These are impressions from a user that reopened a LiveReveal campaign they had previously revealed and saw a revealed image. These would also be impressions from those that reopened a LiveReveal with no landing page—in this scenario, the revealed image is always served on reopen regardless if the user revealed it or not because it is not technically possible to tell if they revealed, we just assume that they did.

  • Revealed more than once — These are impressions from subsequent reveals after the first reveal when the "Remember user interactions on reopen?" is turned OFF.

  • Not able to reveal — These are impressions from openers receiving the LiveReveal with no landing page type, but are on email clients where the in-email reveal is not supported so they receive the revealed image without being given the option to reveal.

  • Reveal Unknown — These are impressions from openers receiving the LiveReveal with no landing page type on their first open in email clients where revealing is supported in email but we are unable to tell if they revealed or not.

  • Not a LiveReveal — If you have a campaign that has other elements apart from a LiveReveal and you filter by LiveReveal, this option will show the number of elements that are not a LiveReveal.

Duration engagement — Classifies the duration of open for the impressions into 4 categories:

  • Read — Duration of open is 8 or more seconds

  • Skimmed — Duration of open is 2 or more seconds, but less than 8 seconds

  • Deleted without reading — Duration of open is less than 2 seconds

  • Not Recorded — Email client not able to track the duration of open (This will show up if the duration of open pixel has not been placed, or cannot be tracked.)

Duration — Filters results by campaign duration in seconds.
