Search for an Export Definition

The search feature on the Exports screen allows you to search for a specified text string anywhere within the Export Definition's display name, internal name, description, or resource (i.e., the asset being exported). You can also filter the search based on the Export Definition status.

To search for an Export Definition:

1. Select Admin from the top navigation bar, then select Integrations > Exports from the side navigation menu. The Exports screen is displayed.

2. Optionally, in the Search field, enter the desired text string.

3. Optionally, from the Status drop-down menu, select a status: Pending, Queued, Running, Completed, or Errored. The default is: Any Status.

4. Click the Search icon. The screen is refreshed to show only the Export Definitions that meet your search criteria. If you entered multiple search criteria, the Export Definition must meet ALL criteria.

5. Optionally, to remove all search criteria and revert to the default criteria, click the Clear icon.

6. To sort the search results, select the desired sort order from the Sort By drop-down menu. The default sort order is by: Newest.

For each Export Definition, the screen displays information about the last execution of this export and its current status. For exports that have a schedule defined, the screen also shows the next scheduled execution.
