Getting Started with Batch Actions

The Batch Actions screen is designed to provide users with the ability to execute a process in batch, rather than one record at a time.

The platform supports the following Batch Actions:

The feature requires that you have a comma-separated values (CSV) file containing the information needed to execute the desired action.

To access the Batch Actions screen, select Members from the top navigation bar, then select CSR > Batch Actions from the side navigation menu.
