Tab Overview - Offers

Offers are a general-purpose asset within the platform, designed to let you present promotions, discounts, special deals, and advertisements to your Members.

Note: If you need to manually issue an Offer to a Member, please see Issue an Offer for more information.

The Offers tab of the Member Profile screen displays information about Offers issued to this Member. This tab includes Offers that the Member has earned, as well as any Offers manually issued by a Customer Service Representative.

For additional information about a specific Offer, click the link in the Offer column to navigate to the Offer Details screen.

From this tab, you can also change the status of an Offer. For details on this process, please see Change Offer Response Status.
