Tab Overview - Segments

The Segments tab of the Member Profile screen displays a list of all Segments to which this Member belongs. The list shows the Segment name, status, and effectivity period. For more details, click a Segment name to navigate to the Segment Details screen.

From this tab, you can explicitly include this Member in a Segment. When explicitly included in this manner, the Member will be added to the Segment population, even if they normally would not have been selected by that Segment's logical conditions.

Conversely, you can explicitly exclude a Member from a Segment, which will cause them to not be included in the Segment, even if they would normally have been selected by that Segment's logical conditions.
