Tab Overview - Summary

The Summary tab is displayed by default when you navigate to the Member Profile screen.

The Summary tab provides high-level information about this individual, separated into the sections described below.

Metric Summary

Many loyalty programs use a point-based system (referred to within the platform as a Metric) as a way to reward Member activity and engagement. The Metric Summary section displays this Member’s current point balance, their total lifetime earned points, their total lifetime redeemed points, and their total lifetime expired points.

If your loyalty program utilizes multiple Metrics, use the drop-down menu to select which Metric to view.

Available Rewards

By default, the Available Rewards section displays Offer Responses (Coupon type only) and Gift Cards that this Member has been issued. The section displays the Offer / Gift Card name, expiration date, and any remaining unspent balance (if applicable).

Note: The items that get displayed in the Available Rewards section can be customized by means of the CSR Available Reward Types Program Setting. Please see Program Settings for more information.

Recent Orders

The Recent Orders section displays Orders placed by this Member, including the purchase date, amount, and any Metrics earned. For additional information about a specific Order, click the link in the Check # column to navigate to the Order Details screen.
