Getting Started with Group Categories

When you create or edit a Group, you can optionally add it to one or more existing Group Categories. Group Categories allow you to collect Groups together, typically for the purpose of displaying them on your website or app. For example, you can use the Loyalty APIs to request only the Groups within a certain Category or Categories.

You can also search for Groups on the Groups screen based on their inclusion in a Category.

Access

The Group Categories screen is used to view, create, and manage the Group Categories in your loyalty program. To access the Group Categories screen, select Members from the top navigation bar, then select Settings > Group Categories from the side navigation menu.
