Getting Started with Offer Categories
When you create or edit a Offer, you can optionally add it to one or more existing Offer Categories. Offer Categories allow you to collect Offers together, typically for the purpose of displaying them on your website or app. For example, you can use the Loyalty APIs to request only the Offers within a certain Category or Categories.
You can also search for Offers on the Offers screen based on their inclusion in a Category.
In addition, Offer Categories can be used in an Offer Campaign, as a way of assigning Offers to the Campaign. Instead of assigning Offers one at a time, you can simply assign the entire Offer Category to the Campaign.
Access
The Offer Categories screen is used to view, create, and manage the Offer Categories in your loyalty program. To access the Offer Categories screen, select Campaigns from the top navigation bar, then select Settings > Categories > Offer from the side navigation menu.
