Program Setting Category - Cheetah Digital Segment Export

The Program Settings in the Cheetah Digital Segment Export Category are used to configure the Loyalty Segment integration with Cheetah Digital. This integration allows you to create a Segment within Loyalty and then export the list of selected Members to Cheetah Digital for use in message targeting and personalization. Export Connection Profile

This Program Setting allows you to select the desired Connection Profile to use for the Segment integration with Cheetah Digital.

To configure this Program Setting:

  1. On the Program Settings screen, search for and select the Export Connection Profile setting.

  2. From the Value drop-down menu, select the desired Connection Profile.

  1. Click Save.

Export Path

This Program Setting allows you to specify the file path on the SFTP sever or S3 bucket where you want the platform to drop the Segment export file.

To configure this Program Setting:

  1. On the Program Settings screen, search for and select the Export Path setting.

  2. In the Value field, enter the file path to the desired location on the server where you want to drop the Segment export file. If not specified, the platform will default to the root directory specified in the Connection Profile.

Export File Prefix

This Program Setting allows you to specify a prefix for the Segment export file name.

To configure this Program Setting:

  1. On the Program Settings screen, search for and select the Export File Prefix setting.

  2. In the Value field, enter a prefix that the platform will prepend to every Segment file name. This prefix is typically used to identify where the file is coming from. If not specified, the platform will default to using "Loy" as the export file prefix.
