Program Setting Category - Receipt Submission

The Receipt Submission Program Setting Category includes the following Program Settings.

Skip OCR Scanning

By default, the Loyalty platform will scan an uploaded receipt using OCR (Optical Character Recognition) integration.

When this Program Setting is enabled, receipts submitted via the API will still create a receipt record, but users must then manually review receipts to update, approve, and complete them.

  1. On the Program Settings screen, search for and select the Skip OCR Scanning setting.

  2. From the Value drop-down menu, select either:

    • True: OCR scanning on receipt submission is disabled.

    • False: OCR scanning runs as the default operation.

  1. Click Save.
