Edit a Program Setting

Note: Modifying your Program Settings can have a critical impact on the operations of your Loyalty account. If you have any questions about any of the Program Settings, please speak to your Zeta team for assistance. 

To edit a Program Setting:

1. Select Program from the top navigation bar, then select Settings > Program Settings from the side navigation menu. The Program Settings screen is displayed.

2. Optionally, search for the desired Program Setting (see Search for a Program Setting more information on the available search options).

3. Expand a Program Setting Category by clicking its name (or click Expand All to expand all Categories).

4. Click the desired Program Setting. A pop-up window is displayed showing the configuration options for this Program Settings. Most Program Settings include a Label and a Description, along with a Configuration Value. At the bottom of the pop-up window, the platform displays metadata about this Program Setting, including its Category, the last time it was modified, and the user who last modified it.

5. Make the desired change(s) to the Program Setting's Configuration Value.

6. Click Save.
