Search for a Punch Card

The search feature on the Punch Cards screen allows you to search for a specified text string anywhere within several commonly-used Punch Card fields, including name, tag, and Punch Card Category. You can also filter the Punch Cards screen to show only Punch Cards with a specified status or effectivity range.

To search for a Punch Card:

  1. Select Campaigns from the top navigation bar, then select Punch Cards > Punch Cards from the side navigation menu. The Punch Cards screen is displayed.

  2. Optionally, in the Search field, enter the desired text string.

  1. Optionally, from the Status drop-down menu, select a status value: Archived, Draft, or Published. The default is Any Status.

  2. Optionally, from the Effectivity drop-down menu, select an effectivity range: Always effective, Effective in the future, or Effective now. The default is Any effectivity.

  3. Click the Search icon. The screen is refreshed to show only the Punch Cards that meet your search criteria. If you entered multiple search criteria, the Punch Card must meet ALL criteria.

  1. To sort the search results, select the desired sort order from the Sort By drop-down menu. The default sort order is by: Internal Name.

  2. Optionally, to remove all search criteria and revert to the default criteria, click the Clear icon.

The Punch Cards screen displays information about each Punch Card, including its name, description, number of required punches, status, etc.
