View a Reward Class

To view the details and configuration properties of a Reward Class:

  1. Select Rewards from the top navigation bar, then select Settings > Reward Classes from the side navigation menu. The Reward Classes screen is displayed.

  2. Search for and select the desired Reward Class (see Search for a Reward Class for more information on the available search options). The Reward Class Details screen is displayed, with the Attributes tab selected by default.

  1. The header and the tabs on this screen allow you to view various configuration details. See below for details on each of these areas.

The header area of the Reward Class Details screen displays many of the high-level properties of this Reward Class, including its name, description, and effectivity period. See Edit Reward Class Properties for details on editing these properties.

Also from the header area, you can define the effectivity period for the Reward Class. See Define Reward Class Effectivity Period for more information.

Also from the header area, you can publish, archive, or delete a Reward Class.

Attributes Tab

The Attributes tab of the Reward Class Details screen displays the Attributes and Domain values for this Reward Class. 

From this tab you can define the Attributes for this Reward Class. See Add an Attribute to a Reward Class for more information.

Once you define an Attribute, you can optionally define a valid set of values (called a Domain) that the platform will accept in that Attribute. You can enter these Domain values one at a time through the platform interface (see Add a Domain Value to an Attribute for more information), or you can import a file containing the Domain values for an Attribute (see Import Reward Class Domain Values for more information.
