Notify Member of a Redemption

The platform allows you to send an email message to a Member, notifying them of a Redemption.

Before you can send an email message, you must first define the content of the email. Please see Configure Reward Advanced Options for more information on this process.

Note: This feature is available only if the Redemption has a status of Completed.

To send a notification to a Member:

  1. Select Rewards from the top navigation bar, then select Rewards > Rewards from the side navigation menu. The Rewards screen is displayed.

  2. Search for and select the desired Reward (see Search for a Reward for more information on the available search options). The Reward Details screen is displayed, with the Definition tab selected by default.

  3. Select the Responses tab.

  4. Optionally search for the desired Redemption (see View Redemptions for more information on the available search options).

  5. Next to the desired Redemption, from the Action drop-down menu, select Email. A confirmation dialog box is displayed; click Confirm.
