Search for a Lookup

The search feature on the Lookups screen allows you to search for a specified text string anywhere within the Lookup's Display Name, Internal Name, or Status.

To search for a Lookup:

  1. Select Rules from the top navigation bar, then select Lookups from the side navigation menu. The Lookups screen is displayed.

  2. Optionally, in the Search field, enter the desired text string.

  1. Click the Search icon. The screen is refreshed to show only the Lookups that meet your search criteria. If you entered multiple search criteria, the Lookup must meet ALL criteria.

  1. To sort the search results, select the desired sort order from the Sort By drop-down menu. The default sort order is by: Lookup ID.

  1. Optionally, to remove all search criteria and revert to the default criteria, click the Clear icon.
