View an Order Rule

To view the details and configuration properties of an Order Rule:

  1. Select Rules from the top navigation bar, then select Order Rules from the side navigation menu. The Order Rules screen is displayed.

  2. Search for and select the desired Order Rule (see Search for an Order Rule for more information on the available search options). The Order Rule Details screen is displayed, with the Base Earn Rules tab selected by default.

  3. The header and the tabs on this screen allow you to view various configuration details. See below for details on each of these areas.

The header area of the Order Rule Details screen displays many of the high-level properties of this Order Rule, including its name and description. From the header, you can edit these properties. See Edit Order Rule Properties for more information.

Also from the header area, you can copy the currently selected Order Rule to use as the basis for a new Order Rule. See Create an Order Rule for more information.

Also from the header area, you can define the effectivity period for the Order Rule. See Define Order Rule Effectivity Period for more information.

Also from the header area, you can publish, archive, or delete an Order Rule.

Base Earn Rules Tab

The Base Earn Rules tab of the Order Rule Details screen is used to view and configure the Base Earn Rule for this Order Rule. The Base Earn Rule represents the standard formula for Members to earn Metrics from making purchases. See Define a Base Earn Rule for more information.

Bonus Earn Rules Tab

The Bonus Earn Rules tab of the Order Rules Details is used to view and configure one or more optional Bonus Earn Rules for this Order Rule. Bonus Earn Rules represent formulas used to calculate additional Metrics that a Member can earn if the order meets certain qualifications. See Define a Bonus Earn Rule for more information.
