Search for a Triggered Action
The search feature on the Triggered Actions screen allows you to search for a specified text string anywhere within the Triggered Action display name or internal name. You can also filter the Triggered Actions screen to show only Triggered Actions with a specified trigger definition, status, or effectivity range.
To search for a Triggered Action:

Select Rules from the top navigation bar, then select Triggered Actions from the side navigation menu. The Triggered Actions screen is displayed.

Optionally, in the Search field, enter the desired text string.

Optionally, from the Activity drop-down menu, select a trigger definition: Activity Processed, Metric Changed, or Tier Changed. The default is: Any Activity.

Optionally, from the Status drop-down menu, select a status value: Archived, Draft, or Published. The default is Any Status.

Optionally, from the Effectivity drop-down menu, select an effectivity range: Always effective, Effective in the future, or Effective now. The default is Any effectivity.

Click the Search icon. The screen is refreshed to show only the Triggered Actions that meet your search criteria. If you entered multiple search criteria, the Triggered Action must meet ALL criteria.

Optionally, to remove all search criteria and revert to the default criteria, click the Clear icon.
To see the desired search results, you may need to expand a Trigger Group by clicking the Expand icon next to its name.
The Triggered Actions screen is organized like a spreadsheet, where each row is a Triggered Action. The trigger definition, condition, action, and current status are displayed as columns.
